Oh sh*t! I’ve got a blog. I guess I have to write something cause that’s what it’s made for. I have no excuses, reasons, or clever remarks about why I haven’t done anything in a week or so. Continue reading

Whoa, Ashley Don’t Be Hasty!

I’ve gone back and worth about whether I should even write about Ashley Judd’s shots at hip-hop last week. Honestly, it’s a mess of a topic to handle. Any time you start discussing how specific cultures or various people are viewed by the masses you should prepared to get dirty. Continue reading

So here’s the second portion of yesterday’s rundowns. I was a little backed-up because I took three weeks off. This section is a little X-Men heavy. I’m taking a look at the X-Folk’s adventures in the sewers of New York and the level of dysfunction of Wolverine’s sidekicks/kids.

There Wasn’t Anything Civil About the Civil War, I’m On a Boat, and a Few Other Thoughts About The Late Unpleasantness

This gallery contains 1 photos.

I scheduled this post to go live at 4:30 am for specific reason. That time designates almost to the exact second the 150 year anniversary of the beginning of the American Civil War, which can only be described a series of unfortunate events with a few rays of sunshine. It’s Rebecca Black’s favorite day so it’s time for me to be all randomy and newsy. (So if I just felt like a fool typing “randomy and newsy” how does Sarah Palin talk like that with a straight face? Perhaps she does not know she is a fool?) So anyway, here’s a lot of links about a little bit of things that y’all can read while you’re pretending to be in you cubicles, listening or your bosses, or driving. Continue reading

The Great Pain Olympics and Why You Shouldn’t Want the Gold

This gallery contains 1 photos.

So boom right, the other day I was watching a re-run of last week’s Real Time With Bill Maher as I went ape sh*t on some Five Guys and director Julian Schnabel (Basquiat) was guest on the panel. Schnabel was there to promote his new film Miral, which tells of the harsh realities of life in Israel through the eyes of a young Palestinian girl played by Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionare), who is Indian.
